Offered from our own breeding due to surplus: 4 year old Welsh pony stallion 1.17m by the approved stallion Blanche Mastermind Munbus Monty is an energetic pony with lots of presence and fantastic movement. He has a covering license with the NWPCS and is veterinarian approved August 2025 (trotting on hard, eyes, leg conformation, heart). Monty enjoys working and has a nice forward attitude. We have had him under saddle between 5 and 10 times now and mainly practice the basics of walk, trot and canter on the lunge line. Also when longeing without a rider he responds well to voice commands. When free jumping he shows a nice jump and is not spooky. Also with a cloth over the poles or cones underneath he jumps calmly. We have him outside during the day and in the stable at night. If necessary he also stands calmly in the stable during the day and being outside 24/7 he is used to from the past. He stands with us both outside and in the stable simply next to the geldings. Monty walks onto the trailer easily and is used to washing/hosing. The price is favourable, because Monty this year (probably because he was too heavy) has rubbed slightly. Absolutely not to bald patches or bleeding. He still has very nice mane and forelock (last photo in the advertisement is from today). We have kept him up to now also always without a rug, but perhaps it can be completely prevented with a rug.
