Indian River (nickname Wezel) is a true all-rounder and everyone's friend. He has been my best buddy for 13 years and this decision does not come lightly to me. Wezel is an honest-as-gold horse that would go through fire for his rider. Since he is no longer suitable for further show jumping, I am looking for a recreational rider who wants to enjoy a lovely horse where all the buttons are on. Ezel has ataxia, but I have always done everything with him. In riding you notice this because he wobbles a bit more, but that's about it. Ezel can do flying changes every two strides, leg-yield, shoulder-in, counter-canter, can sit very well on his hindquarters etc. He also likes to do a little jump, but real show jumping is no longer in the cards for him. Ezel is an ideal schoolmaster, he enjoys going for hacks but then does need someone who keeps a firm contact. As long as he gets his treat after his ride, he is totally happy. With Ezel you'll have many more years of fun.
