Not only because of his beautiful colour and adorable appearance, but especially because of his incredibly sweet, patient and reliable temperament. We purchased Nugget directly from his first owner, who had owned him since he was born. He spent many wonderful years with her daughter, who has unfortunately now truly outgrown him. It is time for Nugget to give another young rider just as many wonderful memories! In the reel featuring our two-year-old Mae, you can see exactly why Nugget is such a special children's pony. He is incredibly gentle and patient with her, takes great care around her and allows her to enjoy every moment at her own pace. He is not simply well-behaved; he genuinely seems to understand just how little his rider is. Such a lovely thing to see! Nugget also shows his sporting qualities in the jumping video. With a young rider, he cruises around a course in the most uncomplicated way. He thinks along with his rider, helps her find the right distances and remains completely unfazed by the fences and surroundings . If the distance isn't quite right, he simply adds a little extra stride and keeps going, always trying his best to get to the other side rather than stopping. His wonderful temperament is just as evident outside the arena. Nugget is used to dressing up and taking part in all kinds of fun activities with children. From scooters and bouncing balls to hacking and adventures in the woods, he happily joins in with everything . A pony that children can not only learn to ride on, but also cuddle, play with and enjoy endlessly! In short, Nugget is a dream pony with a golden appearance and an equally golden heart. A fantastic first pony for making unforgettable memories, building confidence and enjoying those first sporting experiences together!
